Our manufacturer’s warranty is applicable to customers in the United States and Canada. For customers outside these regions, please contact us via email, and we will endeavor to assist you with your device replacement.

Please note that shipping charges may apply to your warrantied device. We offer complimentary shipping for most claims within the USA with a standard delivery window of 1-2 weeks. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. For all non-US addresses, including Canada, shipping charges will apply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure you are purchasing a genuine ITouch Relief product, please buy only from authorized ITouch Relief retailers.

There are counterfeit products on the market that mimic our TENS/EMS devices. These counterfeit products are not FDA-approved and may pose significant health and safety risks.

Our warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Purchasing from these sources may also expose you to risks such as credit card fraud and identity theft.

Purchases from Amazon, eBay, or other third-party sites are not authorized.

ITouch Relief prohibits its authorized dealers from selling on online marketplaces like eBay, Overstock, and Walmart, as well as in brick-and-mortar discount retailers like Costco and Sam’s Club. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from these platforms or stores.
